...and at the same time try to win one of three licenses for IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate. If you are taking JavaRush, then you already know something about IntelliJ IDEA, you know how to create classes and packages, you know where to click to have the compiler check your code, and so on. However, this tool is like an airplane dashboard: there are a lot of functions hidden in it, and even experienced developers are not aware of some of them.

If you're interested in learning how to get the most out of IntelliJ IDEA, we invite you to take a free course sponsored by IDEA's authors, Jetbrains. It's run by Heinz Kabutz, a Java programmer and Java champion, and not many people wear it). According to Heinz, in 2003 he received a very difficult task: to fix bugs and add features to the terrible spaghetti code.
Spaghetti code is code that is confusing, poorly structured, and poorly designed. It is very difficult to understand even for an experienced specialist. Historically, spaghetti code has been associated with unconditional GOTO operators: they are the ones that degrade the structure of the code and make it difficult to read. Spaghetti code is considered the most common programming antipattern.

It was quite a task... However, even then Heinz heard about the magical capabilities of IDEA, and downloaded the free Trial version. After 30 days of trial use of the IDE, he purchased a license. Since then, he has learned IntelliJ IDEA inside and out, and is now ready to share his knowledge in a video course. The only “but” is that Heinz tells everything in English. But is this such a minus? If English is weak, perhaps it’s time to kill two birds with one stone and improve it along with the ability to work in our favorite IDE? By the way, if you register for the course in December or January, then take part in the drawing of three IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate licenses (remember, we work on JavaRush in the free version of IntelliJ IDEA Community).
