Vacancy: Linux System Administrator - 1

What you will need to do:
  • setting up and supporting production, test, dev environments;
  • configuration of local networks;
  • setting up firewall and other security settings;
  • configuration of NGINX, Tomcat, MySQL, Jenkins;
  • setting up and supporting the company’s internal infrastructure;
  • organize database backups and server monitoring;
  • setting up, configuring and administering Windows services;
  • automation of setup and administration processes, fault tolerance;
  • reaction to failures and incidents, the ability to quickly find and fix a problem at any time of the day;
  • assistance in resolving technical issues of company employees.
Requirements for a candidate:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position;
  • knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, NAT, DNS, FTP, HTTP, HTTPS, IMAP, SMTP, POP3, VPN, etc.);
  • excellent knowledge of https security certificates;
  • extensive experience with *nix/Nginx/CentOS/Ubuntu/MySQL/Tomcat/Apache/Postfix/IPTables;
  • experience in building networks, setting up routing, subnets, understanding the principles of TCP/IP, routing protocols, load balancing;
  • Experience in building tunnels between servers with specific security requirements.
It will be a plus:
  • Experience with Amazon AWS;
  • experience with Docker;
  • knowledge of Java basics;
  • experience with CISCO, Mikrotik.
