It seems that there is an acute shortage of testers in the Kharkov EPAM. How else can we explain the fact that, just the other day, a sixth one was added to the previously announced five trainings – Software Testing Introduction . Who knows, maybe the company is serious about recruiting the most talented IT graduates of 2018, because the stated total number of places in the six trainings is 220! So go for it.

So, according to company representatives, the training will allow you to understand the testing process, as well as master the basic technical skills of the profession “software testing specialist.” The company draws the attention of applicants to the fact that students of this course can be people with basic computer literacy who are ready to understand a wide range of technologies used in testing. This stage of training is primary. Students who successfully complete the training will be able to enroll in internal training (pre-production) at EPAM. The duration of the internal course is 4-5 months. The set of knowledge and skills required for admission to the course includes: level of English not lower than B1, knowledge of SQL, HTML, CSS, basics of software testing, resourcefulness and ingenuity in solving non-standard problems. Applications from senior (fourth and higher) year technical students, postgraduate students and graduates are considered. The course is designed for a group of 35 students. The training will last 9 weeks - from March 26 to May 25. Classes will be held two to three times a week in the evenings in joint EPAM laboratories at NTU “KhPI” and KNURE. Registration will last until 02/25/18. Testing and interviews will take place from 02/5/18 to 03/10/18.
