объясните пожалуйста, почему так работает, что 
setDefaultUncaughtExceptionHandler(handler);
срабатывает и выводит два сообщения согласно двум заданным нитям а если установить
settUncaughtExceptionHandler(handler);
но при этом handler в любом случае устанавливается для каждой нити.
