Почему while (true) не дает бесконечный цикл?

Не понимаю почему в цикле while я могу ввести данные только двух котов, а не до бесконечности? Объясните пожалуйста, этот момент пришлось подглядеть что бы решить задачу. В какой момент он false становится? Почему задача завершается сразу как введу данные? Вообще почему он на метод printList переходит, ведь while еще true?) Как видите я полностью запутался. Спасибо за помощь!
