Today is the first day of your new life

You’re reading these lines—and that’s already the first step toward change. For many of our graduates, at the beginning it felt like programming was too complicated, that they should have started earlier 🕒, and that it’s hard to combine learning with work and family👶. But despite all the doubts, they tried—and they succeeded.

There is no “right” age or “perfect” past experience here. The main thing is your desire to learn and change 💪. Thousands of people before you started from very different places: from teachers to engineers, from moms on maternity leave to economists. All of them doubted at some point—but now they’re building a new career, earning more, and living more freely 💸.

If you have doubts right now—that’s normal. Everyone who read this lecture had them. But you’re not alone here. We’ll help you go through this path step by step, and you’ll see for yourself that life is great 🎯.

JavaRush is a platform that helped thousands

JavaRush is not just another online course. It’s a legendary company 🚀. It’s a living community where learning turns into an exciting journey. Here you’ll get support at every step, hundreds of practical tasks, a gamified format, automatic checking, and motivation to move forward 🚦.

People of many different professions and ages studied on JavaRush. On the very first day, they wrote their first programs, and a few months later they built full-fledged projects they could show to an employer. Some people found a job even before finishing the course. Our graduates’ stories are the best proof: nothing is impossible if you decide to change.

JavaRush is not just a course, but a huge community of more than a million people 🌍. Every day someone solves a problem, gets support, finds a mentor, or makes a new friend. Success here is not an accident—it’s the result of teamwork and mutual support!

Go is a language for server-side development and modern infrastructure

Go is one of the most practical and fastest-growing programming languages in the world. It was created at Google with a simple idea: to write clear, fast, and reliable server programs without unnecessary complexity.

Version Go 1.25 is a mature, stable stage in the language’s development. It’s no longer an experimental tool for startups, but a foundation for cloud infrastructure, microservices, and high-load systems. Go stays compact in syntax, but powerful in capabilities.

Go’s standard library covers a huge range of tasks: an HTTP server (net/http), networking, cryptography, JSON, concurrency, testing. The language was designed for multithreading from the start—goroutines and channels let you build scalable services easily without a complex multithreading model.

Go keeps evolving, while preserving its core principles: simplicity, readability, predictability, performance.

Where Go is used

  • ☁ Cloud infrastructure and DevOps
Many key tools of modern infrastructure are written in Go—for example, Docker and Kubernetes. This is a language that literally runs the cloud.
  • 🌐 Web servers and microservices
Go is ideal for REST APIs, backend services, and distributed systems. It’s chosen for performance and ease of maintenance.
  • 📡 Network services
Proxies, load balancers, message brokers, gRPC services—Go works great where you need to handle thousands of connections at the same time.
  • 🏦 Fintech and high-load systems
Go is actively used in payment systems, trading platforms, and analytics services thanks to low latency and high throughput.
  • 🛠 CLI tools and internal platforms
Many modern console tools and DevOps utilities are built in Go thanks to easy builds (a single binary) and cross-platform support.

Why Go 1.25 is a great choice to start with

Go is a serious language, but not overloaded. It has less “magic,” fewer hidden mechanisms, and fewer complex abstractions. That means you start understanding faster how a server, networking, and concurrency work.

Go 1.25 makes development even more stable and convenient:

  • a mature concurrency model (goroutines and channels),
  • a powerful standard library without needing heavy frameworks,
  • built-in testing (go test),
  • simple build and deployment (one static binary),
  • built-in profiling and performance analysis tools.

Go code can be fast, clear, scalable, and easy to maintain.

And most importantly—you learn to think like a systems engineer: design services, account for load, work with concurrency, and build reliable distributed systems.

What you will achieve soon

Today, you will write your first real Go program 🏆. In 3 months, you’ll master tools used in real companies and build your first mini-projects. After completing the course, you’ll be able to apply for a Junior Go Developer position. You’ll gain not only new knowledge, but also confidence in yourself: “I did it. I can change” 🏆.

2026 is the perfect time to start in IT, because demand for experienced adults with real-life background is only growing 📈. And your age is your strength 💪, not a weakness.

Most of our graduates had doubts at the beginning. But now they say: “I’m glad I didn’t quit back then.” You’re next. Trust yourself, take the first step, and then we move forward together 🤝. Start learning and you’ll see: it really changes your life! 🚀
