We are all in different countries and cities, but we are definitely united by our love for Java and programming :) On our birthday, we decided to remember how it all began and developed. On August 1, 2012, the article “I retrain people in Java programmers” was published on Habré, and the reviews on it inspired the author to work on the JavaRush project. It turned out that there were a lot of people who wanted to learn how to program , and they were in different parts of the world. We had to figure out how to make learning interesting and accessible to everyone. This is how the idea of making a cool online training course was born. On October 18, 2012, we released the first version of JavaRush. For those interested, here is a post in the VK group about this.
