Google has added a special section and a new Try Now button to its online app store Google Play. It works for applications that support instant launch (Android Instant Apps). Now if the user clicks on this button, he will be able to launch the application without having to download and install it.
While viewing the application, only the data necessary for testing is downloaded to the smartphone and stored on the device temporarily. Google first announced the creation of Instant Apps in 2016, and in January 2017 the company began testing the new product. This app category is now open to all developers, anyone can create and publish an instant app. At the moment, the service is only available in some countries and on the latest Android devices running Android 5.0 (API level 21) through Android 8.0 (API level 26).
