JetBrains has published a roadmap for YouTrack development
JetBrains has published a roadmap for the YouTrack project management system. According to the information presented in it, in 2022 the YouTrack team will work in the following areas:- Interactive Gantt chart (edit tasks, order, dependencies and estimates directly on the timeline).
- Workflow Designer (increases the scope and capabilities of scriptless automation by allowing you to define process flowcharts).
- Knowledge Base (Notifications about Knowledge Base activity, such as mentions, comments, and replies, will be delivered to the YouTrack Notification Center).
- Agile boards.
- Timesheets for teams and groups.
- YouTrack Mobile (with localization of the mobile application into all languages available in the YouTrack interface.
- YouTrack Lite and Classic.
- Text recognition (instantly extract text from attached images such as screenshots).
- Built-in image editing.
- Custom fields.
- LaTeX notation (support for LaTeX mathematical notation in a rich text editor).
- History Observer's Report.
- Interface localization (adding Italian and Ukrainian versions).
- Integration with JetBrains Space, Telegram and Zapier.
