Requirements:
technical mindset;
competent Russian and Ukrainian speech and spelling;
Experience in customer support/support;
punctuality and responsible attitude to work;
high communication skills, non-conflict;
the ability to communicate politely and friendly with strangers;
resistance to stress, ability to work in a team;
knowledge and ability to work with Internet portals;
active user of social networks - VK, FB, etc.;
ability to search for information in search engines;
Sales skills and knowledge of English at the Intermediate level will be a plus.
Responsibilities:
high-quality and prompt provision of assistance to JavaRush users;
technical customer support via email and online chat;
moderation of pages on social networks and internal website resources;
active management of the life cycle of each user problem (from the first request to the complete solution of the problem);
promote the acquisition of paid services in the process of communication with clients.
