How to launch a simple website using NetBeans?

Published in the Random EN group
Hello! I'm taking a course in Java. Development experience - zero, I'm teaching for web development. By level nine I realized that I was losing touch with reality. Well, that is, the stack is good, but what should I do with it? I want to launch my first website (locally, of course) so that, firstly, I can understand how it all works. Secondly, so that it would be possible to check different mechanisms “like an adult.” I know HTML and CSS. I found instructions online, manually assembled a website that says “Hello, world” and launched it through TomCat. I installed the latest version of NetBeans and wanted to do everything like a big one with Java and HTML, and for the website to do something, for example, add a couple of numbers. I couldn’t :) YouTube hasn’t helped me yet. Help me please. We need simple instructions completely for dummies, completely from scratch, in order for the website to work)))
