In other words, we need a great HR specialist .
Here is what our new colleague will do:
Recruitment of personnel in accordance with applications;
Planning, organizing and conducting interviews;
Internal work with personnel: expectations, difficulties, adaptation of new employees;
Labor market monitoring;
Organization of team building;
Development of corporate culture;
Caring for employees.
Requirements for a candidate:
Experience in recruiting IT staff (at least 2 years);
Ability to use various search channels (Internet, social networks, etc.);
High level of self-organization, ability to work in multitasking mode (speed of reaction, flexibility of thinking);
Confident PC user (Microsoft Office, Internet);
Competent written and oral speech;
Responsible, attentive, good communication skills.
Will be a plus:
Successful experience in hiring rare specialists;
Ability to work independently.
